Offline Prov Maker Tool For Java s40 Phones And PC

Dear reader, instead of going online to create a prov file in order to browse free, you can now do that offline- without going online(internet). Download the prov making tool Here and get started.

Then Unzip it with any unzipping software like BlueFTP or Winrar or PeaZip(if you don't have any unzipping sofware or app, Google out the aforementioned files to download them)
Then fill in the configuration settings for the prov file you want to create. Then Generate it... That's all.

Note: To make use of the Prov file, send it via Bluetooth or Infrared to a China or Symbian Phone, then send it back to your Phone. It'll then come as a configuration setting, save the config setting and activate it.
